Safaa BARGOUCHI is a Legal Counsel at the African Legal Support Facility ("ALSF"). She has been with the ALSF since may 2022.

Prior to joining the ALSF, Ms. BARGOUCHI worked as a lawyer for 13 years within the transaction departments of top global law firms based in Morocco and Cote d’Ivoire. Her Practice focused on PPPs, energy projects and project finance transactions. Safaa has an extensive experience with multilateral development banks and/or international financial institutions and valuable knowledge of the francophone African countries.

Safaa BARGOUCHI is a member of Casablanca Bar of Association, holds a Master’s degree in International Law from Hassan II University in Morocco, as well as a Master’s degree in Corporate Law from Toulouse Capitole I University in France. She has experience as lecturer in law. Safaa is a member of the Casablanca Bar. She speaks Arabic, French, English, and Spanish.
